The location was convenient, especially being so close to the train station. i appreciated the helpful staff. They promptly addressed my inquiries. the breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh pancakes from the machine.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was close to the train station.
The tram noise was a significant issue. It runs until late and starts early, so I got very little sleep. This really detracted from the overall experience.

The location proved convenient near the station and the airport shuttle. I appreciated the easy check in. The breakfast room provided many choices for everyone. The staff were friendly and very helpful .
The room overlooked the station, so it was a bit noisy when trams went past. The walls seemed thin so noise easily traveled between rooms. This made it a little difficult to fall asleep early

The staff were so kind and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I really appreciated that they let me store my luggage after I checked out..

the breakfast was great, it included a pancake maker! the location was also convenient, it was super close to the train station.
I got a front facing room. the noise from the trams and trains was a huge minus and is the reason for the lower rating. The noise was a problem.
